Bollywood actor, Ranveer Singh tied the knot with the love of his life, Deepika Padukone, on November 14, 2018. The couple has been married for more than five years now and is expecting their first baby together. Deepika is due in September 2024 and is currently enjoying her pregnancy phase to the fullest. Meanwhile, reports were rife that Ranveer and Deepika were having trouble in paradise after the former archived his wedding photos from Instagram.
Well, it looks like Ranveer Singh has seemingly put an end to his and Deepika Padukone's divorce rumours at a recent event. On May 8, 2024, as Ranveer attended the Tiffany & Co store launch in Mumbai, he had a candid interaction with Vogue India, wherein he was asked to name his favourite piece of jewellery. Responding to it, he said:
“Personal, sentimental value attached to them are my favourite most dear pieces.”

Then, Ranveer held his hand up and proudly flaunted his wedding ring, shutting down the rumours of their divorce. Speaking about his wedding ring, the actor said that his wedding and engagement ring, which were presented to him by his wife, Deepika Padukone, are his most favourite jewellery pieces. He was heard saying:
“One of the rings that are very dear to me is this one — it’s my wedding ring, presented to me by my wife. The other one is a platinum engagement ring. And there’s of course my mother’s diamond earrings and my grandmother’s pearls.”
Ranveer's statement came as a sigh of relief for his fans, who were worried that he and Deepika might get divorced soon. Meanwhile, a report in the Hindustan Times also stated that all is well between Ranveer and Deepika's relationship and they are awaiting the arrival of their first child. A source close to the couple revealed that there is no trouble in the duo's paradise and added:
“Well, he has deleted all his pictures from the year before 2022-2023. It is not just about his wedding pictures. In fact, all his recent pictures with Deepika are still on his handles. So, it is really baffling as to how people can assume that there is any trouble in paradise.”

Earlier, we stumbled upon a picture of Deepika Padukone from her babymoon with her husband, Ranveer Singh. The photo showed the mommy-to-be flaunting her baby bump in a brown-hued long t-shirt. Deepika was seen descending the stairs of an airplane and looked comfortable in her maternity wear and cool sunglasses. Ranveer, on the other hand, was clad in an all-white attire and followed closely behind his pregnant wife. The duo was indeed having a gala time together, unbothered about the ongoing rumours of their divorce.
