However, in September 2022, Badshah left his massive fanbase in meltdown after he shared a cryptic post on Instagram stories in which he had written, "Taking a break", followed by a folded emoticon. Soon people started speculating that the rapper had taken a break from the music industry. However, there was no official statement from Badshah regarding his cryptic story, which left his fanbase hanging in the midst of hope and fear regarding his future in the music industry.
Apart from all the success he has achieved in his career, Badshah is also renowned as a complete family man. It was in 2012 when Badshah got married to the love of his life, Jasmine, and after some years of their happy married life, they welcomed a baby girl, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, on January 10, 2017. For most of the time, Badshah had kept his marriage and the fact that he is a father of a baby girl a secret. However, after making a name for himself in the music industry, he started confirming the rumours of him being married and blessed with a daughter.

Once in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Badshah was asked to share his thoughts about fatherhood and how things have changed in his life after the birth of his daughter. Answering this, the rapper stated that everyone needs to become a father to understand what fatherhood is all about. Not only this, but Badshah had also added that his daughter is his 'entire life'. Reflecting on his love for Jessemy, the doting father had said:
"Being a father is a feeling like no other. I cannot express this precious feeling in words. I think one himself has to become a father. Only then he can understand how it feels to be a father, that happiness of being a father. My daughter is my entire world, and I love her to the moon and back. I can do anything in the entire world for her."
One of the best things about Badshah is the fact that he had hardly projected himself in a way that he isn't in real life. The rapper always conducted himself unfiltered in front of the public, which is why he has such a massive nationwide fandom. For instance, in many of his old interviews, he had admitted that he wasn't fond of kids and didn't know how to deal with or take care of them.
However, once in an interview with the Hindustan Times, after he had disclosed everything about his wife, Jasmine and their daughter, Jessemy, the rapper admitted that his perspective towards kids changed after he became a father. Opening up about the same, Badshah had stated:
"I never really liked kids before, and kind of hated them. I didn't like them. I don't know why. But everything's changed since my daughter has born, and I have started loving kids now. Whenever I see any crying kid, I make sure that I make the kid stop crying."

The popular rapper, Badshah is quite popular among females, and apart from his peppy tracks, it is his respectful behaviour towards women, which is the leading factor behind such crazy popularity. The singer respects women a lot and never shies away from raising his voice in their support. Badshah is also a father of a baby girl, and time and again, he has proved that every girl needs a father like him. For instance, once, in an interview with IANS, he had opened up about discussing topics like sex with his daughter. Answering this, Badshah clearly stated that when the right time comes, he would definitely talk about sex education with Jessemy.
During the promotions of Dabangg 2, when Badshah was travelling with Salman Khan and other cast and crew members of the film, he had taken his wife, Jasmine and their daughter, Jessemy, with him. At that time, Badshah's baby girl, Jessemy was just three and a half months old. During the Dabangg tour, in a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Badshah had stated that his daughter is the most important person in his life and also added that it is the reason why he had brought her with him. After five years of his marriage to Jasmine, the much-in-love couple had welcomed a baby girl on January 10, 2017. Badshah and Jasmine had chosen the name, Jessemy for their little angel and had kept her arrival a secret from the media. However, when Jessemy completed six months in this world, it was Badshah, who had shared a series of the drool-worthy picture with his daughter on Instagram. In mid-2022, reports were rife that Badshah and his wife, Jasmine were no longer together. It was reported that the couple is already living separately, although no comments were made from Badshah and Jasmine over such reports. But the speculations suggesting that they were no longer together took a major lift when the rapper's dating rumours with Isha Rikhi had hit the headlines. For the unversed, in October 2022, a source close to the singer had shared in a conversation with Pinkvilla that Badshah is dating Punjabi actress, Isha Rikhi. Talking about the same, the source had stated:
"It's been a year that rapper is seeing a Punjabi actress. Badshah met Isha Rikhi at a party of their common friend. The lovebirds instantly hit it off. At a party, they figured out that they have familiar taste in films and music, so they vibed together. The couple wants to take things slowly as of now. But as a matter of fact, Badshah and Isha have already told about their relationship to their respective families. And everyone is happy about it."
The much-loved rapper and singer, Badshah kick-started his professional career back in 2006, and we hope he continues to entertain us with his peppy tracks.
