Rashmika Mandanna And Vijay Deverakonda Will Get Married On February 26 After Intimate Engagement

The famous Tollywood couple, who have been successfully keeping their relationship away from the media glare, is none other than Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda. The two have been preparing to take the next step in their relationship as they are all set to get married after their secret engagement in October 2025.

According to the latest reports, Rashmika and Vijay will get married on February 26, 2025. The couple has finalised a luxurious palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan. However, the two have not yet officially announced their marriage, but the alleged venue and date have been making headlines.

Earlier, reports claimed that Rashmika and Vijay got engaged on October 3, 2025. The engagement was held at Vijay's Hyderabad residence, and extreme privacy was ensured. Later, their PR confirmed the news and called it an intimate ceremony attended only by family members and a handful of close friends.

When Rashmika confirmed her engagement

In one of the promotional events for her recently released film, Thamma, Rashmika was questioned about the rumours surrounding her engagement. She, with a coy smile, revealed that everyone knows about it. In another promotional interview with Jagapathi Babu for his talk show, Jayammu Nischayammur, Rashmika showed off her engagement ring. When Jagapathi Babu asked Rashmika about the two rings on her ring fingers. 

Rashmika instantly revealed that both of those rings are extremely important. Jagapathi Babu further teased her by saying that one of it has become extremely important for the actress. To this, Rashmika blushed and stated that she has been enjoying it. Meanwhile, we also got a close glimpse of Rashmika's alleged engagement ring.

Vijay Deverakonda met with an accident after his engagement

Talking about the accident, Vijay escaped unhurt after his car was hit from behind on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru Highway in Telangana's Jogulamba Gadwal District. The rear of his car suffered major damage, leaving his fans extremely tense. It happened within a few days of his engagement with Rashmika. 

The report further claimed that the other vehicle that hit Vijay's car didn't stop and kept moving towards Hyderabad. However, Deverakonda's driver filed a police complaint in the matter, and an investigation into the hit-and-run case is underway. 

Vijay Deverakonda was at the Ashram to seek blessings post his engagement with Rashmika Mandanna

It is worth noting that just a day before the accident, Vijay Deverakonda visited the Prasanthi Nilayam Ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba in Puttaparthi with his family. It is worth mentioning that the trip happened after his hush-hush engagement with Rashmika Mandanna on October 3, 2025. Reports claim that the duo got engaged in a private ceremony. Not only this, during the Ashram visit, fans were quick to spot Vijay Deverakonda with a sparkling gold ring. The pictures of his ring further confirmed that the buzz is not just another rumour. However, it is worth mentioning that neither Vijay nor Rashmika has confirmed their engagement. 

Rashmika and Vijay's love story

Talking about Vijay and Rashmika's love story, they met during the shooting of Geetha Govindam. Soon, their friendship turned into love as they got along really well. After the romantic comedy film became a hit, fans couldn't help but express their wish to see them together in real life. It was their next film, Dear Comrade, that brought them closer.
