For those who don't know, Rakshit Shetty, who is known as Simple Star, enjoys a massive fanbase and is a well-known actor in the Kannada film industry. Rakshit is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming film, Sapta Sagaradaache Ello: Side B. However, during one of his promotional events, Rakshit was asked about his ex-fiancee, Rashmika. To this, the actor shared that they are still in touch and stated that she had a big dream in the world of cinema. Rakshit also mentioned that Rashmika is moving towards her dream, and she has the willpower to achieve what she desires, so everyone should pat her on her back for her achievements. Rakshit stated:
“Yes, Rashmika and I are still in touch. She had a big dream in the world of cinema. Accordingly, she is moving towards that dream. She has the will to achieve the task she set out to do. We should pat her on the back for her achievement.”

For those who don't know, during her debut film, Kirik Party, Rashmika came close to her ex-beau, Rakshit, who was starring opposite her in the film. After spending a lot of time with each other, the ex-couple developed feelings for each other, and soon they started dating. And as everything was like a dreamy affair, they decided to get engaged. For the unversed, Rashmika and Rakshit exchanged the rings on July 3, 2017, in an intimate ceremony in the actress' hometown of Virajpet.
Later, in September 2018, ex-couple, Rashmika and Rakshit announced their separation, citing some irreconcilable compatibility issues between them, and left their fans heartbroken. The ex-lovebirds have maintained a beautiful bond of friendship with each other and have never spoken ill about one another in the media.
For those who don't know, it's been a while since Rashmika has been speculated to be dating Vijay Deverakonda. The rumoured couple often makes it to the headlines with their rumoured relationship. Although neither Vijay nor Rashmika has ever confirmed the rumours of their dating, their every public appearance adds fire to their dating rumours, and their fans await for them to make their relationship official. A few months back, reports were rife that Rashmika and Vijay were all set to get married again as they were spotted having brunch together in a restaurant with their family members and friends. It's worth mentioning that such rumours were never confirmed officially.

Later, Vijay also dropped a photo that featured the same backdrop, which left people speculating if the alleged couple is living together. As per the speculations, Vijay and Rashmika are living together in the former's apartment in Hyderabad.
