Raveena CONFRONTS Farah For Saying She Witnessed Wig-Fight Between Her And Karisma, '..Politics'

In Bollywood, buzz about a 'catfight' between two actresses often grabs the attention. It was in the 90s when reports about two contemporary actresses, Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor's fallout buzz grabbed all the attention. The actress-duo began their career in 1991, while Raveena stepped into Bollywood with the movie, Patthar Ke Phool, Karisma debuted with Qaidi. Raveena and Karisma were paired together in the film, Andaz Apna Apna, and reportedly, they were not on talking terms.

Raveena Tandon confronts Farah Khan for talking about her and Karisma Kapoor's fight

It was Farah Khan, who once revealed witnessing a wig fight between Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon. And recently, Raveena reacted to the same while confronting her about the claims she had made earlier. In her latest vlog, Farah Khan, along with her cook, Dilip, reached Raveena Tandon's farmhouse. In a segment of the vlog, Raveena was seen confronting Farah by asking whether she has said everywhere that she witnessed a fight between her and Karisma on the set. Questioning Farah, when even the fight took place, Raveena said:

"You went everywhere and said that fights were happening on set. When did we fight?”

Farah Khan said that it was 'true' while maintaining her stance. During the same conversation, Raveena Tandon asked Farah what was her involvement in the fight. To this, Farah replied that Raveena didn't do anything to anyone. Raveena tried to clarify something and mentioned that she was sitting with the dancers, who were also her friends, but some people were making some non-veg jokes. Raveena said:

“What did I do? I was sitting with dancers who were my friends and they were sharing non-veg jokes.”

Raveena Tandon says that she faced 'classroom politics'

Going forward, Farah changed the topic and said that now everyone's kids are going to the same school, and they all keep meetings on annual days. To this, Raveena agreed and mentioned that back then, she and the other actress were also kids as they were only 20-21, and as a result, some classroom politics took place, and they had to face it. Raveena can be quoted as saying:

“We were also kids at that time. We were 20-21 years old. It was classroom politics and we had to face that.”

While appearing on Karan Johar's show, Koffee With Karan back in 2007, Farah Khan was asked about the worst fight she had witnessed between two actresses. To this, Farah said that it was between Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor during the shoot of Aatish. Farah shared that the actresses were having some kind of teenage spat, and one was hitting the other with a wig. Farah said that one of these two was even stamping on the other's foot with her heel.

Why did Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor's spat begin?

For the unversed, Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon's spat began soon after the latter had revealed being thrown out of a film for 'an actress' insecurity. In an interview with Rediff, Raveena, without taking anyone's name, said that she had to back out for the other actress' insecurity, as the latter was close to the producer and the hero. Raveena stated that later she again had to do a film with that heroine only, but she's not into playing this type of game.

Well, it was also reported that soon after Raveena reportedly broke up with Ajay Devgn, he started dating Karisma, which was the reason for their tiff. It's to mention that there was no such confirmation to this, but Karisma and Raveena had issues in between them in the past, which they both accepted.
