Daughter of director, Anil Ganguly, Rupali Ganguly had made her acting debut at the age of seven in her father's film, Saaheb. She is the sister of choreographer, Vijay Ganguly, who is best known for films like Jagga Jasoos, Andhadhun, Stree and Love Aaj Kal. In 2013, Rupali had tied the knot with her long-time friend, Ashwin K Verma, whom she had known for 12 years.
In 2015, Rupali had embraced motherhood and had welcomed a baby boy, Rudransh. After delivering her baby boy, Rupali had taken a sabbatical from acting and had returned to television after a gap of seven years with the show, Anupamaa.
Sudhanshu Pandey, who has been a part of the television industry for quite some time plays the role of Anupamaa's ex-husband in the show. Sudhanshu was also a part of the Band of Boys. In real life, Sudhanshu is married to Mona Pandey. The actor got married to Mona when he was just 22. Sudhanshu and Mona are proud parents to two boys, Nirvaan Pandey and Vivaan Pandey.

Madalsa Sharma, who plays the antagonist, 'Kavya Shah' in the show had worked in a lot of South Indian films. Talking about her family, the actress comes from a filmy background as her mother, Sheela David is a popular face in film and television world and her father, Subhash Sharma is a director and producer. The gorgeous actress is married to actor, Mithun Chakraborty and actress, Yogita Bali's son, actor, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, a.k.a., Mimoh Chakraborty.
Gaurav Khanna, who plays a business tycoon and Anupamaa's college friend and admirer had played notable roles in shows like Kumkum-Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan, Meri Doli Tere Angana, Ye Pyar Na Hoga Kam. The handsome actor is married to actress, Akanksha Chamola, who had starred in shows like Swarigini and Bhagyalaxmi. The duo got married in 2016 in his hometown in Kanpur.
Paras Kalnawat plays the role of Anupamaa and Vanraj's younger son, 'Samar Shah'. He is best known for portraying the role of 'Sanjay Prince Ahlawat' in the show, Meri Durga. Paras was dating his Meri Durga co-star, Urfi Javed. However, the duo had broken up in 2018. He was also rumoured to be dating his Anupamaa co-actor, Anagha Bhosale but the duo has rubbished the reports. Paras lost his father, Bhushan Kanawat to COVID-19.

Veteran actor, Arvind Vaidya, who plays the role of 'Bapuji' has done various roles in television, including Sarabhai VS Sarabhai. Arvind Vaidya is the father of popular actress, Vandana Pathak, who is best known as 'Jayshree' in the popular show, Khichdi.
Alpana Buch, who plays the role of 'Leela Shah' was seen in shows like Baal Veer, Saraswatichandra and many other regional shows. In real life, Alpana is married to actor, Mehul Buch and the couple has a daughter named Bhavya.
Ashish Mehrotra, who plays the role of Anupamaa and Vanraj's elder son in the show is best known for his performance in Paanch 5 Wrongs Make A Right. The actor had lost his father, Kedarnath Mehrotra in 2021 and was deeply affected by the loss. Ashish had taken his father's name and now addresses himself as Kedar Ashish Mehrotra.
Muskaan Bamne plays the role of Anupamma and Vanraj's daughter, 'Pakhi Shah'. She was seen in shows like Super Sisters- Chalega Pyar Ka Jaadu and Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot. Muskaan had also starred in films like Helicopter Eela and Haseena Parkar. Muskaan lives with her parents and has a brother and a sister.
Anagha Bhosale plays the role of dancer, choreographer, 'Nandini Iyer' in the show and is also the love interest of 'Samar'. Anagha had started her career as a model and had made her television debut in 2020 with the show, Dadi Amma Dadi Amma Man Jaao. Anagha lives with her parents, Kalpana and Arvind Bhosale.
Tasneem Nerurkar plays the role of 'Rakhi Dave', who often creates problems for the Shahs. Tasneem has been in the industry for quite some time and was best known for her performances in shows like Kkusum and Kasauti Zindagi Kay. She had married a merchant Navy officer, Sameer Nerurkar in 2006 and had converted to Hinduism. The couple has a daughter named, Tia Nerurkar.
