Choreographer-turned-director, Remo D'souza has made a big name in the Bollywood industry on his own. Today, he is one of the most celebrated director and choreographer. He has directed films like F.A.L.T.U., A.B.C.D.: Any Body Can Dance, A Flying Jatt and Street Dancer 3D. For the unversed, he was spotted first in a dance number in the movie, Rangeela, and since then, he has never looked back again. Idolising Michael Jackson as his inspiration and being a judge on the dance reality show, Dance India Dance, Remo is one of the most humble celebrities of B-town.
Remo D'souza had got married to Lizelle D'souza on October 5, 1998, when he was setting his foothold in Bollywood. During those days, his wife, Lizelle, had believed in him and had supported him throughout his struggling period. Both Remo and his wife, Lizelle, are avid social media users, and they often post their pictures and funny videos on their respective social media handle with mushy notes for each other.

In a recent episode of Asian Paints, Where The Heart Is Season 5, Remo D'souza and his wife, Lizelle D'souza's Mumbai home, got featured. In the video, Remo was seen giving a tour of his home to his fans. This included the living room of their home, Remo's favourite place of their house, the pool table, their bedroom, their massage chair, and many other decorative element and colours of the house. In a conversation with Asian Paints, he also opened up about the minute details that he had kept in his mind while planning his dream home. Check out the video here:

Remo D'souza's wife, Lizella, revealed to Asian Paints that when in 2020, her husband had suffered from significant heart disease and had to be hospitalised, people had referred to their home as unlucky and that their house was the reason behind such incident. Due to this, she had also visited their pandit ji. She said:
"Lot of people came and said, after his incident, that 'Lizelle, I think this house is not suiting you all, look what happened to Remo.' I went to my pandit Ji and he said look at it this way that Remo survived, he came back to this house."

On September 19, 2021, Remo had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a collage with his wife, Lizella's 'then and now' picture. Her weight loss journey is an inspiration. Talking about the same, Remo had written:
"It takes a lot of hard work to get there, but the biggest battle is with yourself and I have seen @lizelleremodsouza. Fighting that battle and achieving what was impossible. I always use to say it's your MIND, you have to make strong and Liz you DiD it so proud of you, you are stronger than me, you inspire me :) love you."
Coming back to their love story, Remo had shared the details of his relationship with the world on his show, Dance+4. He had revealed:
"I consider myself fortunate and blessed to have Lizelle as my wife as she had held my hand and supported and believed in me when I was a nobody. From there till today, she has been with me as my backbone and loved and supported me at every point in my life. My wife is like a superwoman, the way she manages everything from home, kids, office and films is amazing! I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for being there for me always."
