A few days back, during the premiere night of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s anticipated web-series, a candid moment between Richa Chadha and Rekha grabbed headlines. Well, the two beautiful divas could be seen having a hearty conversation with one another during the event, post which, Rekha adorably kissed Richa’s baby bump. And now, in an interaction with the Hindustan Times, the latter opened up about how special she felt for the veteran actress’ gesture. Expressing her feelings, Richa said:

“It was stuff of magic. To have appreciation from a legend like her gave me all the validation I needed. She embraced me and she kind of looked at me like where she could feel my baby bump as I was in my seventh month. She was like, ‘Oh my God, this is such a blessing. Can I?’ I was like, ‘What? Yeah!’ My God, for my offspring to be blessed by a legend! It was just a blessing to have her in the hall. I was overwhelmed and a little bit speechless.”

In one of her other interactions with Pinkvilla, Richa Chadha had revealed how she had taken cue from the veteran actress, Rekha’s dance in Umrao Jaan in order to nail her mujra performance in Heeramandi. Calling Rekha a true personification of being an icon, Richa revealed that the former’s blessings mean the world to her. In her words:
“There's a song in the series, which is my solo mujra. For that, I referenced her song from Umrao Jaan, Ye kya jagah hai doston. She has been my inspiration, my hero, and she’s the definition of what an icon is. Her kind words and affection towards my performance in Heeramandi left me speechless and deeply touched.”
Back on February 17, 2024, Richa Chadha took to her IG stories and dropped a picture-perfect glimpse of her baby bump for the first time since she announced her pregnancy. In the frame, the actress could be seen relaxing on a couch at her home, and cutely adoring her fur baby, who lied on her baby bump.

It was on February 9, 2024, when Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal announced their pregnancy in a quirky manner. Ditching the usual baby bump pictures, the couple shared a snapshot of a chit of paper, which read, “1+1=3”. Moreover, they also dropped a candid picture of themselves, that featured an emoji of a pregnant lady on one corner. Along with these two snapshots, the couple penned a note, which read as:
