Richa Chadha is currently scoring high in the success of her last OTT release, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Though Richa had a short role in the web series, her performance left a mark on audiences' hearts, and they loved the natural acting and impeccable expressions. On the personal front, Richa tied the knot to the love of her life, Ali Fazal, in 2020, and the duo will soon welcome their first child together later this year.

"If you stand firm with your choice and your immediate family is with you and supportive of you, nobody else really matters. And like I said, a human being is a human being first and when you go and fall in love, your search has no filters on. When you fall in love, that's what it is."

In the same interview, Richa revealed that she did not want her family to find out about her relationship via media. So, she herself sat down with her family and discussed about her relationship with Ali. Elaborating on it, Richa added:
"I didn't want my family to find out from the press. You know, we also have families. When I was ready to discuss this at home with my family, then I thought I will just come out."
