Ranbir Kapoor's Sister, Riddhima Reveals, 'Diets In Kapoor's Don't Go Together'

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, elder sister of Ranbir Kapoor shared that the Kapoor family does not believe in the concept of dieting.

Dining with the Kapoors was a famous film on Netflix that was released in 2025, and it showcased the Kapoor Khandaan. Bollywood's most iconic family was seen together at their dinner table, where food, fun, legacy, and discussions about movies all came under one roof. The audience had got to see the Kapoor Khandaan comprising of Randhir Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Armaan Jain, Aadar Jain and Rima Jain. Now, Ranbir's elder sister, Riddhima, revealed diet details of the Kapoor family.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shares that the Kapoor family does not believe in dieting

Riddhima is best known for her work in Netflix's Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, where she was a new entrant. She exuded royalty in the show, and despite coming from the Kapoor legacy, she carved a niche for herself in the domain of fashion, fitness, and reality TV shows. Riddhima, who believes in doing yoga consistently, eating clean, revealed about her diet, skincare regime. She sat down for an interview for Fit Tak YouTube channel and shared about the Kapaoor family's diet plan. In her words:

"Diets in Kapoor's don't go together. They love their food and do not leave their food. They all eat a alanced diet but I do not think anyone diets in the family. Everyone is a foodie."

Riddhima did agree that everyone was mindful of what they were eating, and everyone has been a fitness freak in the family. However, her family does not believe in the concept of dieting. Riddhima also shared that her teenage daughter, Samara, is also mindful of what she eats and takes on her plate. Riddhima, who was seen in the second season of Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives with Shalini Passi and Kalyani Saha Chawla, did not follow in the footsteps of her family by joining the movie industry. Riddhima has been a successful entrepreneur and also a fitness advocate, apart from having her jewellery line. It has been more than 19 years since Riddhima and Bharat have been together. Riddhima married her best friend, Bharat, an industrialist.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, earlier in an interview with the ETimes spoke about watching, Gordon Ramsay’s cooking show when the COVID-19-induced lockdown came. She revealed that her mom, Neetu Kapoor, had advised her to learn cooking before getting married to Bharat. She made recipes from the cooking show of Ramsay and used to make pasta for Samara and her husband. They loved it. When she was about to get married, she joined a cooking class as she was entering a Punjabi house that loves eating. However, after taking cooking training from Mumbai, her husband reached 90 kilos with the tasty dishes she made. In the words of Riddhima:

"After marriage, I was cooking different cuisines and my husband loved it. So much so, that poor thing weighed 90 kilos only after that (laughs). Post that, he made me stop cooking, telling me I can’t continue cooking, if I wanted him to lose weight. My husband and my daughter both love my cooking. But I don’t want anyone of them to gain that much unhealthy weight. Initially, during the lockdown, I made pasta, noodles, and a lot of things, and then I stopped when we left for Mumbai later."
