However, the actress also often becomes the target of online trolling and has been accused of taking synthetic growth hormones to look older.
Once again, a Reddit user shared a picture of Riva Arora from one of her latest IG posts. In the photo, the actress was seen pouting while clicking the selfie. Thus, a shared jawline was visible, and she looked gorgeous altogether. However, the netizen shared the picture with a caption that read, "Seems like Riva Arora got jawline fillers. Suddenly it's sharp." Soon, several other netizens started commenting in the same manner and slammed her.

A few days ago, another Reddit user shared a picture of Riva Arora on the discussion platform, wherein she was seen posing with an elderly man. The diva was dressed in a brown-hued body-hugging top paired with a white printed skirt. However, sharing the picture, the user penned, "Dang, is she on HGH (Human Growth hormone) injections? Seems like the case of Hansika Motwani, your thoughts? (IN FRAME : Riva Arora)." Soon, many other netizens started taking a dig at her age. While some mentioned that they couldn't recognise the actress, others slammed her for trying so hard to look older.

Earlier, in an interview with The Indian Express, Riva Arora had opened up about the criticism that she receives on social media. She also pointed out at the certain claims that mention the actress' age to be only 12 years. Talking about her real age, she said she's not 12 and would soon reveal her real age. Riva shared:
“Well, I never focus on such criticism, I always believe that if there’s negativity, there’s also a positive side. I choose to look at the brighter side. The love that I get today has overpowered everything. My actual age will be revealed soon. But all I can say is that I am not 12.”

In the same interview, Riva opened up about her personal life and stated that she led a normal life as a teenager. She also clearly mentioned that she hasn't missed anything in her growing-up years. Further, adding that people have now started treating her as an actor and not a child on the sets, she concluded:
“I have started doing all kinds of roles and everything has changed completely. I want to be seen as an actor, who is versatile and not boxed as a child or young actor.”
