Talking about Rohit Sharma’s personal life, he met his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, when she used to work as a sports event manager for him. They used to meet for their work and soon their work meetings had turned into date nights. Rohit had taken Ritika to Borivali sports club ground in Mumbai, where he had first started playing when he was 11. He had proposed to her with a big ring and had asked her to marry him. The two tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed their daughter, Samaira in 2018.
For the unversed, Rohit Sharma is the only batsman in the world to score a double century twice in limited overs. This man needs no testimony, for his bat does all the talking. If there is any 'rags to riches' story in the Indian cricket fraternity, it has to be of Rohit Sharma as he has struggled a lot to reach the position where he is in today. Rohit Sharma’s net worth is estimated to be 22 million USD, which roughly translates to Rs. 162 crores. Other than his cricketing career, he has been endorsing 12 different brands and charges around Rs. 20 to 30 lakhs per endorsement.
Well, we are eagerly waiting to see glimpses of Rohit from his brother-in-law’s wedding.
