Rohit Bal's friend, Rohit Gandhi directly accused Lalit Tehlan of his deteriorating health. Not only Rohit Gandhi but also many of Rohit Bal's close family and friends stood united and balmed Lalit Tehlan for his health issues. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rohit Gandhi directly taking a dig at the 37-year-old model, Lalit Tehlan, said:
"Yes, we informed everyone that Lalit was responsible for Gudda's health and this made Lalit angry, and he started sending me death threats from unknown numbers. That's when I went to the cops. The calls have stopped now, so I will not pursue the complaint."
Another of Rohit Bal's close friends and marketing professional, Jullie Deb, filed a complaint against Lalit Tehlan. In a media interaction, she informed the police of Rohit Bal's critical health, and how his family admitted him to Medanta Hospital. Julie claimed that Lalit almost left him to die. She shared that he had taken Rohit Bal's Jaguar and his cook and went to Goa.
Not only this, Julie added that Rohit Gandhi and she helped Rohit Bal get hospitalised in 2023. She said:

"Gudda was almost dead, but Lalit didn’t care. He had taken Gudda’s Jaguar and his cook and gone to Goa, leaving him alone to die. He got angry with me and Rohit Gandhi since we helped in getting Gudda hospitalised. Lalit threatened to throw acid on me. I didn’t pursue my complaint because Gudda asked me not to, but at that point of time, I really feared for my life."
Julie shared that Lalit had not let any of Rohit Bal's friends meet him for the last two years. She even claimed that he only cared about Rohit Bal's financial well-being. Sharing a shocking incident, Julie revealed that Lalit gave Rohit alcohol when he was recuperating in a rehab in Chattarpur in 2022.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, when blame games were made and Lalit was being accused of trying to kill Rohit Bal, the latter came in to save him. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rohit Bal called Lalit the kindest human and a part of his life. He added that those are just baseless allegations and have no truth to them. Rohit Bal even claimed that Lalit rushed him to hospital at four in the morning when he had a heart attack.
