Ronit Roy is one of the immensely loved actors of his time. He is known for his performance in popular films and shows, including Jaan, Adaalat, Bloody Daddy, Kaabil, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and many more. He broke millions of fans' hearts when he announced his marriage to his ladylove, Neelam Bose, on December 25, 2003. Later, they were blessed with two beautiful children, Aador Bose Roy and Agasthya Bose Roy. Now, as Ronit and Neelam have completed 20 years of togetherness, they renewed their wedding vows, and glimpses from the same are simply blissful.
Taking to his IG handle, Ronit Roy shared stunning videos as he renewed the wedding vows with his wife, Neelam Bose on their 20th wedding anniversary. The ceremony occurred at their home's temple, and they looked lost in each other's embrace while performing the rituals. The actor opted for a cream-hued kurta embellished with golden thread work for the wedding. He teamed it with white-coloured pyjamas and a red doshala. On the other hand, Neelam turned out to be a pretty bride in a red-hued salwar suit paired with a matching dupatta adorned with golden frills near the hemline. Neelam completed her look with a dainty maang teeka and matha patti with matching statement earrings and red chooda.

From doing the varmala moment and taking saat pheres together to performing every other ritual, Ronit and Neelam were seen exchanging the vows once again with pure happiness. Moreover, the entire place was seen decorated beautifully with flower garlands. In one of the moments from their wedding, the madly-in-love duo melted our hearts by sharing a lip-lock moment. Later, they were also seen receiving blessings from the elders present over there. Sharing the video, Ronit wrote:
"Doosri baar toh kya, hazaaron baar byaah tujhi Se karoonga! Happiest 20th anniversary my love."

Undoubtedly, Ronit Roy is an excellent actor. However, he also had a tough journey while dealing with his addiction to alcohol. In an interview with Lehren Retro, Ronit opened up about the same. The actor recalled the time when he used to go on sets after a night of drinking and mentioned how this was taking a toll on his health. He also revealed that he didn't value his success at that moment and had an intuition that the golden period of his life would never end. However, Ronit talked about the actor's responsibility to look good on the screen but his alcoholism was preventing them.

Afterwards, in the same interview, Ronit revealed what made him quit drinking. Sharing his fear of not being able to help his loved ones because of his habit of drinking, the actor stated that he was going through the phobia of losing his family members. Elaborating more about it, Ronit said that this phobia made him quit drinking. He said:
"Another thing is that you have kids and wife at home, and I have this phobia inside me. My daughter is studying in Los Angeles. I have this phobia that what if something happens in that night to anybody, to my family or my close friends, and I get a call from somebody who is reaching out for help, and I am not able to react because I am under the influence of alcohol. I don't want that to happen."
