In the video, Rubina was seen eating oranges as she was seen lip-syncing with the dialogue, 'So toxic, so negative, just looking like a jao. Just dafa ho jao.' Alongside it, Rubina added that the message was for all the people who keep giving advice to pregnant women. She wrote:
"For those who comment, 'As a pregnant women you shouldn't do this..."

On October 11, 2023, Rubina posted glimpses of her fitness journey during pregnancy. While many ladies avoid hitting the gym during their pregnancy, Rubina has been staying consistent when it comes to workout. The actress was seen showing off her baby bump while working out in the gym. Alongside it, Rubina had written:
"She is Strong, She is invincible, who is She? She is you and I am proud of her."

In another photo, the mommy-to-be, Rohini, was seen cutting a cake. Alongside it, Rubina revealed that her family is growing as her sister, Rohini Diliak, is also expecting a baby. She had written:
