However, the much-in-love couple put a full stop to all the speculations after they announced their pregnancy news on September 16, 2023, with an adorable post. And now, the soon-to-be mommy opened up about this new phase of her life for the first time and shared some adorable anecdotes about the same.
On September 17, 2023, Rubina Dilaik dropped a video on her YouTube channel and made the official announcement about her pregnancy. In the video, the actress can be seen sitting in a garden along with her husband, Abhinav and undoubtedly, the soon-to-be parents looked thrilled. Further, in the video, Rubina and Abhinav can be seen announcing their "good news". Talking about the same, the actress stated that she and her husband are starting a new phase of their lives by embarking on this parenthood journey, and they have been exploring new things. Calling it a 'happy moment', Rubina said:
"This is our lives' special news. We are taking off with this new chapter of our lives. As parents, we are embarking on this journey. We are exploring new things. And it is a happy moment."

Further, in the video, Rubina mentioned that Abhinav's reaction was priceless when they first got to know about their "good news". Adding that they want certain things to be extremely private and close, the soon-to-be mommy revealed that Abhinav is quite excited about this new journey while she is totally nervous. Moreover, the duo looked stunning as they twinned in white-hued ensembles. Rubina looked beautiful in a white kurta, which she teamed with a light blue-hued embroidered dupatta. On the other hand, Abhinav looked dapper in a white t-shirt and paired it with shorts.
In the same video, Rubina opened up about how she is feeling about this new journey of life. Talking about the same, the mom-to-be revealed that she has mixed reactions. The actress stated that she is excited as well as nervous about this new chapter of her life. Rubina also shed light on her babymoon and mentioned that she is enjoying it in LA. Stating that she wanted the babymoon as it allowed her to understand the new journey, its challenges and other things, Rubina said:
"I am falling short of words. It's mixed reactions. I am excited and nervous to see how this new chapter unfolds, and how the entire journey is going to be. I have taken time out for myself, where I call it my babymoon. I have come to LA, where I have spent a most relaxing time. This time that I wanted to give myself, to understand this new phase, the challenges, and just making myself aware of possibilities up for me."

For the unversed, it was on September 16, 2023, when Rubina announced her "good news" along with her husband. Taking to their respective IG handles, the lovebirds shared their pregnancy news with their massive fanbase. In the pictures, the couple could be seen posing together on a yacht. Moreover, Rubina looked beautiful as she flaunted her baby bump in an all-black outfit, which she teamed with a striped sweater. On the other hand, Abhinav looked handsome in a white hoodie paired with jeans. Sharing the pictures, Rubina penned a beautiful note, which could be read as:
"We promised we would TOGETHER explore the world since we started dating, got married, and now will do AS A FAMILY welcoming the LITTLE Traveller soon!"
