Rubina Dilaik is one of the most popular actresses in the television industry. The actress, who is well-known for her role in Choti Bahu, took a maternity break during her pregnancy. She is married to the man of her dreams, Abhinav Shukla, and the duo is blessed with two adorable twin daughters, Edhaa and Jeeva. Rubina embraced motherhood for the first time on November 27, 2023, and within 55 days, she lost 11 kg of weight.
In a recent vlog by Mr Faisu, Rubina Dilaik was asked about her plans to rejoin television again and if she will return to work after embracing motherhood. Talking about the same, she responded that television is bread and butter for her, as it was the beginning of her career. She mentioned that she can never leave the television and said:
“Mere liye television mera bread butter or mera aur mera kya bolte hai mere career ka subhe ka nashtha hai. Mere career ki shuraat hai. Main to television kabhi chhod hi nahi sakti hun.”

Rubina further talked about continuing her work as a television actress and shared that she isn't restricted to a single medium. She added that she just needs a medium to portray her talent, and it could be YouTube, podcast or television. In her words:
“Mere liye sab barabar hai. Mere liye madhyam zaroori hai. Aur wo koi bhi madhyam ho sakta hai. Madhyam YouTube bhi ho sakta hai, podcast bhi ho sakta hai. Jaha main jaungi apna acha krungi.”
When Faisal Shaikh asked Rubina about her YouTube channel, she replied that she signed up on YouTube when the application was launched in India. Further, the actress talked about the value of her YouTube channel in her life and said that she wants her daughters to witness her journey on her YouTube channel in the future. She said:
“Mera YouTube jab pehli bar YouTube aya na, maine tab sign in kiya hua hai. Tum mera YouTube channel dekhoge na utna purana YouTube channel hai. My YouTube channel is my way of putting my memories in a video diary, as simple as that. In the future, when my daughters will inquire about my inspiration, my travels, and my friends, I'll just tell them, 'Go to my Youtube channel and you will find everything'.”

On December 27, 2023, Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla shared a collaborative post on Instagram and shared the first-ever glimpse of their twin baby girls. In the first picture, Rubina was seen dressed in a light blue-hued suit, whereas Abhinav looked dapper in a dual-toned kurta. The couple was seen holding their babies in their arms while posing for the lens on their balcony. Moreover, the newbie parents also performed havan at their home. Alongside the pictures, Rubina and Abhinav penned a wholesome note and announced that they have named their twin babies, Edhaa and Jeeva.
