Rubina Dilaik, who hails from Shimla, has gone through anxiety as the conditions in Himachal Pradesh got worse with continuous heavy rains, which caused floods and landslides. The actress often shares glimpses of her beautiful pahadi lifestyle with her fans on her IG handle and her YouTube channel. However, the hills which are known for scenic beauty are submerged with water as terrifying visuals from the Himachal Pradesh region have surfaced on the internet.
Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rubina talked about the time when she got anxious after seeing terrifying visuals on television. Talking about the incident, Rubina added that a few days ago, there was no network and because of this she wasn't able to reach her family, which left her worried. Talking about the same, Rubina said:
"The visuals on TV were scary. A few days ago, when there was no network and I couldn’t get in touch with my family for hours, I was worried. But thank God, I have been able to talk to my parents and they are doing fine. They are holding up well but we are worried about them."

Rubina further revealed that many of her relatives, who reside in Shimla, have sought refuge at her parents' farmhouse. Their house is situated on the foothills of the mountains, which offer them protection. Rubina added that extensive construction is the main reason behind all this. She was quoted as saying:
"Bahut zyada construction ho gaya hai. Now, due to heavy rains, the soil has become too loose. People are alarmed and worried about the foundations of their homes."
Last month, Rubina met with an accident. It was her husband, Abhinav, who gave an update about the actress' health. It all happened when Rubina's car collided with another vehicle. Taking to his Twitter handle, Abhinav shared the saddening news with his fans and revealed that Rubina was fine, but in shock after the accident, and he further added that he had taken her for medical treatment. After recovering from the accident, she left for the hills as she wanted to spend time with her family.
