Rupali Ganguly is one of the most famous faces of the television industry. The actress won the hearts of her fans with her roles as 'Monisha' in the popular sitcom, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. Apart from that she has been a part of several projects. Mainly, it's her role as 'Anupamaa' in the series, Anupamaa, which brought her immense fame and recognition. Being someone, whose life is out there on public display, the actresses and the actors often grab negative comments, trolls, bashing from the audience, and Rupali is no exception. Although, time and again, she gave it back to the trollers with sassy replies, the gossipmongers do not cease to take a jibe at the actress. The same happened again, as Rupali hit back at a doctor, as the latter trolled her, and the actress' words left netizens irked.
Rupali Ganguly recently sat for an interview with CNBC, wherein she was asked about how she reacts when people pass negative comments to troll her and her character, 'Anupamaa'. To this, Rupali laughed and gave a quite sassy response and mentioned that people troll her a lot, and it's mainly the women who pass mean comments. Talking more about the same, Rupali asked how women even get such free time to troll other's work. The actress mentioned that she was even abused by a doctor.

Hitting back at the health professional, Rupali stated that if there's no patient of hers, the actress will provide her with the same. She also asked her trollers to be busy with her work and use her brain in the same instead of passing mean comments. Rupali can be quoted as saying:
"Aree bahut troll karte hai and sadly it is the women only who troll. Auraton ko itna vella time kaha se hai? Koi ek doctor hai. Bloody some gynac, wo gaali deti rehti hai. Kyun tere pas patient nahi hai bhai? Nahi hai toh bol bhejti hoon main tere pas, Kaam mein busy hoja, kahan dimag laga rahi hai?."
As soon as the video of the actress' recent interview surfaced online, netizens rushed to the comment section and bashed the actress. Reacting to the video, some users called the actress out for saying some harsh words against a doctor, while some other users mentioned her statement as 'pathetic'.
