Brides' demand of looking perfect on their wedding day is simply an un-negotiable clause. Everything needs to be top-notch on that day, be it the outfit or the makeup. Speaking about bridal outfits in particular, pastel shades are the most trendy options these days, and most brides prefer to add that hatke element to their wedding. The bride of the week, Riti Shah turned muse for the impeccable designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee and donned a pastel lehenga on her wedding.
Bride, Riti Shah looked like princess straight out of fairy tales on her wedding day, as she turned muse for the classic Indian fashion designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. She added an experimental touch to her special day and chose a completely different colour palette for her shaadi ka joda. Riti ditched the red and maroons and picked up a gorgeous lavender lehenga, which featured subtle golden undertones, as well as floral motifs in the same hue. The highlight of her attire was its unique jaal work, running down all throughout the panels of her lehenga skirt. It also had the traditional zari and gota patti motifs.

The Sabyasachi lehenga came along with a sheer, lavender-hued dupatta with floral motifs, which she tied on one side. Additionally, Riti also draped a long veil over her head, which had kiran gota on its borders, adding a royal touch to the bridal look.
Well, it is undoubtedly the jewellery which adds stars to the bridal look. According to Indian beliefs, a bride's shola shringar isn't complete without jewellery. Riti too didn't miss out on opting for exquisite jewellery pieces for her wedding. She wore jadau jewellery to complete her look, that included a heavy choker, layered with another pearl-stranded rani haar. For earrings, she chose matching jhumkas. Riti wore a maang teeka, matha patti, and a small nath to round off her look. However, the highlight of Riti's look was her pick of deep purple-hued chooda in place of red and maroon. It surely added a unique dimension to her bridal look.
