In a conversation with film critic, Rajeev Masand, Saif Ali Khan revealed that his mother and veteran actress, Sharmila Tagore wants to join the social networking platform, Instagram and hence, he might also follow her footsteps. He talked about the time, when Sharmila ji had discussed it with him, and how he had told her that she will have to share pictures on the platform. In his words, “To this, she said that ya I need to get to Pataudi, my roses… I can share that. So, if she gets on it, I might get on it as well.”
The actor also talked about why he didn’t follow this bandwagon earlier, and said, “I don't want to be on it. I think maybe it was because everyone was on it, that’s why I thought I don’t want to be on it. I just didn't want to do something because everyone else is doing it. That's just how my head works.” (Don't Miss: Rashami Desai Talks About Dating Ex-Boyfriend, Arhaan Khan, Calls It The Biggest Mistake Of Her Life)

I looked at it and I felt that it is not that interesting, really. After a point, it is quite boring to look at. It might be interesting for a fan but not for me. I feel if you do it (be on social media), you should have something interesting to say.”
