It was on January 16, 2024, when Saif Ali Khan was stabbed six times by an unknown person at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. The actor's team has revealed that he is safe, and multiple online reports reveal that his health condition is improving. The actor would be soon shifted from the ICU to a special room. Mumbai Police is high in action and will reportedly take Saif's statement.
Multiple reports have claimed that once Saif is taken out of the ICU, Mumbai Police will question him, and his statement will be recorded. Mumbai Police officials would be meeting the actor in the hospital and asking him about the tragic incident that took place at his home. It is also alleged that the police has started questioning the labourers working on Saif's terrace. Reportedly, this is only the first step of the investigation to know if someone had the idea of the intruder being in the building or had helped the unknown person.
Mumbai Police have understood that the intruder had a detailed idea of Saif's building. He had reportedly used the staircase to reach Saif's home and there is suspicion that he left from the back gate. It was not captured in the CCTV footage, and hence, the cops concluded that the intruder had good knowledge of Satguru Sharan's residence.
Saif Ali Khan's wife, Kareena Kapoor, is devastated but reports claim that the Mumbai Police would record her statement today on January 17, 2024. This would be about the altercation that happened between Saif and the intruder in which he got stabbed six times. Viral visuals reveal that Kareena is coming in and exiting Lilavati Hospital several times a day. The cops would record Saif's statement when he is able to speak, as his statements are crucial to the case.
Saif suffered multiple injuries with a fragment of a broken piece of knife found in his body. The actor was alerted when Jeh's nanny screamed after seeing an intruder in the child's room. Saif came to intervene, and due to this, a fight between the two took place, leaving Saif profusely injured. His son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, rushed the actor and a household to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital. By the grace of the almighty, Saif has been out of danger.
