Salman Khan has been in the headlines for the past couple of days, ever since unknown assailants under the orders of Lawrence Bishnoi, opened fired three gunshots at his Mumbai home, Galaxy Apartments. While everybody remained unharmed, it immediately led to the actor beefing up his security more than before, and even the CM of Maharashtra met him to discuss the best course of action forward. Amidst it all, Salman recently jetted off to Dubai for attending an event, surrounded by a high level of security personnel.
While scrolling through our social media feed, we stumbled upon a clip of Salman Khan, as he attended an event in Dubai. This marks bhaijaan’s first appearance after he became a close enough victim of Lawrence Bishnoi, who led assailants open fire at his home. In the clip, Salman can be seen being questioned by a media personnel, about his well-being after the recent attack. To this, the superstar seemingly appeared to dodge the question and continuously remarked:

“Ho gaya ho gaya.”

Back on April 17, 2024, the honourable Chief Minister of Mumbai, Eknath Shinde visited Salman Khan’s home, Galaxy Apartments, in the wake of the attack launched in front of the actor’s residence. It wasn’t a general visit, but in fact, a gesture of the government’s strong reassurance to protect every citizen, including the celebrities.
While the accused behind open firing at Salman Khan’s residence have been arrested, it was on April 15, 2024, when the actor’s brother, Arbaaz Khan, issued an official statement on behalf of the family. Setting the record straight, he revealed that all previous reactions quoted in the media were false, and that the Khan family was indeed shook by the same. Arbaaz requested everyone to cooperate with his family and trust the government officials to solve the case and punish the accused.

This hasn’t been the first time that Salman Khan has been placed on the hitlist of Lawrence Bishnoi, and that attempts to attack and death threats being put out in his name. Previously, during his appearance on the show, Aap Ki Adalat, Salman had made a joking reaction to it all and said:
“Now there are so many Shera's around me, so many guns are going around with me that I am myself scared these days."
