Veteran actress, Kunickaa Sadanand has been in the limelight since she participated in Salman Khan-hosted reality show, Bigg Boss 19. However, Salman has faced numerous allegations related to favouring Kunickaa during the Weekend Ka Vaar segments. Now, an old clip of the young Salman has surfaced from an award event, which has sparked conversation on the internet about the woman with him, who was assumed to be Kunickaa.

Old video of Salman Khan dancing cosily with a lady is not of Kunickaa Sadanand but Pony Verma

Salman, who is hosting Bigg Boss 19, has been criticised for supporting Kunickaa. From viewers accusing him of favouritism to being lenient, a new clip has surfaced showing Salman dancing shirtless. He is seen with a mysterious lady who is dancing closely with him. The lady was dressed in a black short dress with heels. Salman lifted her on his shoulder and was seen walking on the stage shirtless. There were many users who alleged that it was a young Kunickaa, but that is not true. Fans assumed this clip to be the reason for Salman being biased.

Now, fans have claimed that the woman in the video is not Kunickaa but actor, Prakash Raj's wife, Pony Verma. A user on X wrote, "That's the wife of @prakashraaj. She is not Kunika." Another user wrote, "That's not Kunicka, that's Pony Verma. The lady in the clip is not Kunickaa. From her young age, she was the only one who was fat and not toned, and she is much taller than Salman. Kunickaa's graph as an actress was almost zero & she only played vamp roles. Salman does show only with the main actresses."

Fans were initially confused, as the mysterious lady's face resembled that of Kunickaa, creating a lot of confusion on social media. Netizens also commented on getting the facts correct, as the caption of the video was related to why Salman took Kunickaa's side.
