Ankita Lokhande made headlines with her stint in the reality show, Bigg Boss 17. She entered the show with her husband, Vicky Jain, and things went kaboom for the actress as she had a lot of fights with him on national television. Not only this, her mother-in-law, Ranjana Jain also looked displeased with her and the way she carried herself inside the Bigg Boss house. A wall has definitely been raised in Ankita's relationship with her saasu-maa, and it was clearly visible during the finale episode of the reality show.
While Munawar Faruqui won the Bigg Boss 17 trophy, Ankita Lokhande made headlines for her spicy interaction with her mother-in-law, Ranjana Sethi. However, a video from the show has been making rounds on the internet, wherein the host of the show, Salman Khan was seen taking a dig at Ankita's saasu-maa. In the clip, we can see Ankita's saasu-maa telling Ankita, "Hum tumko bahut pyaar dege beta." To which, Ankita gave a made-up reaction and said:
"Aa rahe hai hum bahar apse pyaar lene."

However, it was Salman Khan, who grabbed the opportunity and taunted Vicky's mother in his own style. He expressed her real side and said, "Ankita hum tumhe bahut pyaar dege tum ghar se nikalo toh sahi. Aur tum Blispur aao, tum Bilaspur aao toh." This left, Ankita scared, and she was quoted as saying:
"Baap re, Sir mujhe darr lag raha hai, jis tarah aap kahe rahe hai Blispur aao."

After many blame games, Ankita Lokhande's mother-in-law, Ranjana Jain has finally rooted for the actress to win the game. It seems like Vicky made her mother understand the reality. Recently a video of Ranjana made rounds, wherein she expressed that her daughter-in-law, Ankita would win the show and bring trophy home. She was quoted as saying:
"Jeetegi, trophy leke aaegi ghar."

In an interview with ETimes, Vicky Jain recently talked about his mother, Ranjana Jain, and his comments for Ankita Lokhande. He shared that they had a communication gap between their parents. He added that the way Ankita threw slippers at him was their fun banter, but their family took it the wrong way as it happened on national television, which they could have avoided. He was quoted as saying:
"I totally agree that there was a communication gap between our parents and us because we were on the show. So when things like Ankita throwing slippers at me happened it was in a fun way. Ankita and I do a lot of masti with each other. But I knew deep down that these things should not happen on national television and I tried to communicate with Ankita in my way of humour that there is life beyond this and be careful, iske baad ghar par bhi jaana hai."
