In the post, she wore a green suit and was seen bursting crackers and posing with fur babies. What caught everyone’s attention was her picture with filmmaker, Raj Nidimoru, who posed in a blue kurta sitting behind Samantha. Samantha simply captioned the photos, "Filled with gratitude."

Samantha and Raj have not officially confirmed their relationship, but their persistent spotting together hints at the rumours to be true. Speculations started when Samantha and Raj came under the spotlight after they had been spotted together on various occasions, including at a pickleball match and at a restaurant in Mumbai. In April 2025, they were photographed together at the Tirupati Balaji temple.

He is also part of the duo Raj & DK (Krishna D.K.), who deliver some of best series with character-driven stories. Previously, Raj was married to Shhyamali De, a psychology graduate and industry professional who has worked with directors like Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Vishal Bhardwaj. The couple reportedly separated in 2022.
