Samantha Ruth Prabhu got married to filmmaker, Raj Nidimoru on the morning of December 1, 2025, at Linga Bhairavi Temple located in Isha Yoga Centre Tamil Nadu. Samantha and Raj's wedding at the temple was attended by only 30 guests, and fans have gone berserk seeing the official pictures posted by the couple. Now, Samantha and Raj had kept their wedding venue a secret for the longest time. Now, for the unversed, the Linga Bhairavi temple is located inside Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Centre.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru chose Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Centre for their sacred wedding. The actress wore a red saree for her temple wedding. The Linga Bhairavi Temple was consecrated by Sadhguru at the Isha Yoga Center located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Speculations of the wedding of the pair were going on for a long time, and their fans did not know about Samantha and Raj's wedding venue. Their sacred union took place indoors in the Linga Bhairavi Temple located in the premises of the Isha Yoga Centre.

The Linga Bhairavi temple is one of the most unique temples in India. The Ma Linga Bhairavi, located in Coimbatore, allows women to worship during their menstrual cycle. The temple located in Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev's ashram allows women to enter the inner sanctum of the temple during their periods. One Upashika (attendant) named, Ma Nirmala, earlier in an interview with the ANI, shared:

"This is the total concept of Sadhguru. It was his intention that women should perform pooja and rituals in the temple."

It is interesting to note that even women monks and devotees are allowed to enter the premises of the temple during the menstrual phase. In many different parts of India, menstruation is still considered to be dirty and impure in the Hindu religion. Women are not allowed to go into kitchens, cook, or touch deities or do puja of the gods and the goddesses. They are restricted from touching holy books, offering prayers. The Linga Bhairavi temple aims to convey a positive message to society regarding taboos.

The goddess is known for protecting and also enhancing the well-being of all her devotees. The walls of the temple dedicated to 'Devi' are in an inverted triangle that reflects the womb of creation. According to the Isha Foundation, it is believed that every month, especially on the full moon, 'Devi', in a ceremonious way, is brought out to connect with the Dhyanalinga.

It is known to be her source of sustenance, and this grand procession ends with the Maha Aarti, which is performed in front of the Dhyanalinga. Devi's main abode, also known as Moolasthanam, is in Coimbatore. It is interesting to note that the Linga Bhairavi Temple, which is linked to the Isha Foundation, is also found in places such as the United States and Nepal. Speaking of the temple, the linga has three and a half chakras- muladhara, swadisthana, manipuraka, and half of anahata.
