Well, recently, a jewellery influencer, Dhrumit Merulia took to his IG handle and shared a video. Dhrumit, through his own research skill, found out that Samantha Ruth Prabhu might have re-purposed her engagement ring from her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya. Dhrumit backed his claims with the necessary videos and images.

Dhrumit Merulia is also a jeweller, and in the clip about Samantha Ruth Prabhu, he revealed that what Naga Chaitanya had earlier gifted the actress during their engagement was a 3-carat princess-cut diamond ring. Well, Dhrumit Merulia, through his research, found that the actress might have transformed it into a pendant, which features the huge princess-cut diamond in the middle, and it actually looks similar to her ex-engagement ring. It cannot be confirmed whether Samantha Ruth Prabhu actually re-purposed the engagement ring as she never really opened up about the same or confirmed it by any means. While Dhrumit Merulia's research can also be only a 'guess', it actually blew our minds off.

It was last year when Samantha Ruth Prabhu sent out a shockwave by chopping off her pristine white wedding gown and transforming it into a black sassy gown. While she flaunted her gorgeousness in the black classy gown, netizens tagged the dress as a 'revenge dress'. People started guessing if Samantha chopped off her wedding dress out of revenge. Well, talking to Nayandeep Rakshit on Galatta India, Samantha said that after a divorce, it's generally a girl, who has to carry forward several stigmas and labels such as 'second hand', 'she's used', 'her life is wasted', and more.

Samantha mentioned that all of this brings a lot of difficulties for that girl who is divorced and also for her family, and she's supposed to feel cornered and failed. She further added that it left her hurt, but she wanted the coin to flip and own the fact that she has actually been divorced. She remarked that while her chopping off her wedding gown came with the tag of a revenge dress, her intention was never to take any kind of revenge, rather than that, she wanted it to be a symbol of her strength, which showcases that a tough phase has happened in her life, and it doesn't mean that her life has ended right there.
