Bigg Boss 17 garnered much attention since the time it was launched. From the constant allegations of the house inmates towards each other, war of words and even physical fights have been making the headlines for a long time. Moreover, a few days ago, Samarth Jurel and Abhishek Kumar got into a huge fight, and the latter even slapped the former. Moreover, such an incident caused Abhishek to even get evicted from the show. However, Abhishek is back in the game now. And now, Samarth's father opened up about the whole fiasco.
In an interview with the Indian Express, Samarth Jurel's father, Mahendra Singh Jurel was asked about Abhishek Kumar slapping his son for constantly poking him and bringing up his mental health issues. To this, Samarth's father said that Abhishek was more worked up and slapped Samarth. He also said that in that situation both Abhishek and Samarth were wrong. Talking more about the same, Samarth's father stated:
"I feel both Samarth and Abhishek were wrong in that situation, don’t know why both of them got hyper. Abhishek was more worked up and his hand touched Samarth, but it’s okay.”

In the same interview, Samarth Jurel's father said that the fiasco between Abhishek and Samarth could happen to anyone, but he wouldn't tag his son's doings as 'poking'. When asked about Bigg Boss' decision to bring Abhishek back to the show, Samarth's father said that he is okay with that too. He said:
"What Samarth did with Abhishek, I will not call that poking or provocation, it was a fight that escalated. It could happen to us also if there was a fight at home."
Going further in the interview, when Samarth's father was asked about the former's relationship with Isha Malviya inside the Bigg Boss house, he called them a 'cute couple'. Samarth's father also praised Isha and his son for backing one another up in the show constantly. Samarth's father can be quoted as saying:
"Isha and Samarth make a cute couple. I am happy they have decided to stay with each other. I want them to be together, work together, and grow together."
For the unversed, in an old episode of Bigg Boss 17, Samarth Jurel and Isha Malviya were caught in a fight with Abhishek Kumar. Moreover, Samarth was constantly poking Abhishek while talking about his mental health issues, which angered the latter, and he ended up slapping Samath. Soon after, Ankita Lokhande, the captain of the house, decided that Abhishek should leave the house as he violated the house's rule by initiating a physical fight. Later, Ankita Lokhande received a lot of flak for evicting Abhishek.
Soon after the news, a video of Abhishek Kumar's father made rounds on social media. In the video, Abhishek's father asked Salman Khan's mercy for his son. He blamed the incident on both Samarth and Abhishek while stating that Abhishek was innocent during the whole fiasco. He also shared that the reason for which Abhishek got angry was because Samarth and Isha were poking him.

For the unversed, Isha Malviya was earlier in a relationship with Abhishek Kumar. However, the duo broke up reportedly because of Abhishek's possessiveness over the actress and the latter even claimed that her ex-beau used to hit her. The ex-couple further met in BB 17. After breaking up with Abhishek, Isha came into a relationship with Samarth, who later entered the show as a wild card contestant.
