In the pictures, Sameera looked stunning as she flaunted her hourglass figure in a black and white monokini. Her post-pregnancy weight loss and transformation is commendable. Sameera captioned the pictures as "Cartwheels & Sandcastle still dreaming of the weekend but it’s back to the monday grind family vacays are the bestest."
On September 18, 2021, the diva had taken to her IG handle and had posted a selfie from her Goa vacation, embracing her 'yummy Indian complexion'. Sameera had captioned her selfie as "In a world promoting fair skin, I’m most happy to bask in the golden sun to enhance my yummy Indian complexion."
On July 9, 2021, Sameera had shared another picture from her road to fitness. Revealing how she is regaining control over her fitness goals, she had written, "2020 was letting go and 2021 is about regaining control over my fitness goals. I just finished an hour of yoga with @yogabypramila. I wonder if everyone else in the online class is sweating and panting as much as I am it’s #fitnessfriday and I’m on a mission!! 84.9 kg and I am on my way to 75 kg I’m thrilled with the so many people writing in on how they feel energised with our Friday motivation! It’s a group effort and we can do it how’s it going people."

In June 2021, Sameera Reddy had taken to her IG handle and had shared a collage of her pictures. Her post was about how pictures could be misleading. To demonstrate the same, she had posted two pictures of herself, one in which she had posed in a manner that had made her look slimmer, while in the other, Sameera was seen with a belly and flab.
