Sangram Singh Breaks Silence On DIVORCING Payal Rohatgi, 'You Get Married Today, And Then Divorce..'

Sangram Singh and Payal Rohatgi's relationship hitting a rough patch has often made headlines. However, the duo never pays any attention to the buzz. While Sangram focuses on his wrestling and staying fit, Payal keeps working on her YouTube and acting projects. Recently, Sangram reacted to the divorce speculations.

Sangram Singh reacted to his divorce speculations 

Sangram Singh lifted the title of the first Indian male fighter to win a Mixed Martial Arts bout. He defeated Pakistan's Ali Rza Nisar within just 90 seconds at the Gama International Fighting Championship. Meanwhile, Sangram's divorce buzz often makes headlines, and he was also linked to another actress, Nikita Rawal after fans noticed their social media interactions.

In an interview on Zoom, Sangram finally addressed the matter, calling it just another rumour, and everything is fine between him and Payal. He stated that the media spreads such news, but they do not care as they are together. He was quoted as saying:

"Everyone has their own things, what happens in the media is, whatever the thing is, they divorce people on their anniversary, they shoudn't do that but we cannot stop everyone. I believe that as long as God is with us, as long as we are together, we are living together, such news and rumours don't matter."

Sangram further mentioned that divorce is not that easy. You can't get married and divorce the next day; it is just part of life, and a person should have patience. He also blamed social media and the fake news that spreads so easily on it. He shared:

"In life, you have to do a lot of things. It's not that you get married today, and then divorce. It's a small part of life, be patient. The media will not be able to do so much work. Social media has its advantages and disadvantages and any news that is published has to be based on the truth to be published. Social media is also a very important part, because we learn a lot from it, what is the effect of the world, what is the effect of the country, what are the things happening... Earlier we used to get the news from the press, now we get it from the social media."

For those who don't know, Payal Rohatgi and Sangram Singh's divorce buzz started after she resigned from her position at his charitable foundation. However, she even penned a cryptic note, hinting at trouble in their paradise. While Payal didn't share what exactly happened, she called her move influenced by personal reasons. It is worth mentioning that Payal and Sangram often made headlines for their marital dispute, which the former shares on her YouTube channel.

Last year, Payal made headlines by recording her ugly fights with Sangram Singh for her YouTube channel. In one of the videos, Payal was recording her husband, Sangram's reaction while she was behind the camera. She asked him if that is the way a man talks to his wife in his family. She even dragged his family and said that their only business is to be in a ghunghat and give birth. While it all sounds too negative, Sangram was trying his best to shut her mouth by taking it lightly.
