Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza got married in 2010. There is no second thought about the fact that the ex-couple painted the town red with their adorable chemistry. It was in 2018 when they welcomed their child, Izhaan, into their lives. However, in the past years, things turned upside down as reports about Shoaib and Sania's separation rumours started making the headlines. Although, the duo never announced the same, it was on January 20, 2024, when Shoaib announced the news of his third marriage with Pakistani actress, Sana Javed. Later, Sania's father, Imran confirmed that Sania had taken khula from Shoaib.
Recently, an old video of the ex-couple, Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik went viral online. In the video, Sania looked pretty in a black anarkali, while Shoaib looked dapper in a grey shirt and jeans. However, in the video, Sania was asked if Shoaib ever got angry with her. To this, Sania said that Shoaib never got angry with her. To this, the hosts asked the tennis player if she got angry with Shoaib. Sania said that she often gets angry with Shoaib and reacts furiously, but the latter keeps his calm. She also jokingly added that she even gets angrier seeing Shoaib not being at all angry.

In the same video, Sania Mirza was asked how Shoaib Malik reacts when he gets angry. To this, the tennis player said Shoaib says nothing, and he doesn't even get at all angry. Meanwhile, Shoaib mentioned that one should never speak up when they are angry.

It was on January 17, 2024, when Sania Mirza took to her IG handle and posted a cryptic post, which fuelled her separation rumours from Shoaib. The quote stated that choices in life are hard, but one has to make the best decision for themselves. Moreover, in her quote what grabbed the attention was the mention of divorce and marriage. The quote also stated that both marriage and divorce are hard decisions to make, but one should pick their preferred hard decisions to deal with.

Earlier, Pakistani journalist, Naeem Hanif revealed that in a conversation with him, Sania Mirza stated that Izhaan is not coping up well with Shoaib's third marriage, as he had to face a lot of bullying at his school. Sania also added that she has adjusted to the situation, but Izhaan would need a bit more time, which is why she took him from Dubai to India.
