In an old interview, Sanjay Dutt was asked who he would like to cast in Choli Ke Peechey in place of Madhuri Dixit. Sanjay Dutt, without missing a heartbeat, shared that he found Deepika Padukone very beautiful. He added that if he was any younger, he would have married her.

For the uninitiated, Maanayata Dutt, originally Dilnawaz Sheik, was born into a Muslim family in Mumbai. Her real name is Dilnawaz Sheik. Her appearance in an item song in Prakash Jha's film Gangaajal in 2003 is a lesser-known fact. However, what truly defines her is her unwavering commitment. Despite her parents' separation in her early years, she was determined that when she married, she would make it work.
