Bollywood actor, Sanjay Dutt has gained immense popularity for his fantastic acting stint and his personal life that has always been in the media radar. It was in the year 1981 when he had made a grand debut with his film, Rocky, and everyone fell in love with his smile and his charisma on silver screens. But not many know, the actor was going through a plethora of emotions as his mother, Nargis had left for the heavenly abode just three days before the release of his film. Sanjay Dutt's mother had left a big void in his heart. We remember how once in a media interaction, the actor had revealed that he didn't cry when his mother had passed away, but he had cried for 4-5 hours when he had heard his mother's voice in tape after two years of her death. The actor has been through a lot from facing media trials on his personal life choices to imprisonment to fighting drugs, yet he has always come out as a warrior. And looks like, Sanjay Dutt has hit a rough patch again in his life.

On August 11, 2020, Sanjay Dutt took to his Instagram handle and posted a cryptic post regarding his health. He shared an image, which informed his fans that he is taking a sabbatical from work for some medical reason, "Hi Friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me, and I urge my well-wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!" Check it out below:
For those who don't know, a couple of days ago, Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Lilavati Hospital, after he had complained of breathlessness. The actor had taken to his Twitter handle and had tweeted about his health, "Just wanted to assure everyone that I'm doing well. I'm currently under medical observation & my COVID-19 report is negative. With the help & care of the doctors, nurses & staff at Lilavati hospital, I should be home in a day or two." In an interview with the PTI, Sanjay Dutt's sister, Priya Dutt had also opened up on his health. She had said, "He was admitted to Lilavati Hospital around 4.30-5.00 pm for a regular check-up as he was feeling a little breathless. They did a COVID-19 test, and the result was negative. We have kept him in the hospital so that he gets all of his tests done. He has gone for a full check-up. I think he will come home on Monday."
