However, yet again, Karan got bashed for the same as netizens feel he never shows Alia Bhatt's old days video.
Recently, a Reddit user shared a clip from Koffee With Karan's season six, episode five, which was graced by Saif Ali Khan along with his daughter, Sara Ali Khan. The Reddit user's clip featured two videos, one from the father-daughter's appearance on the show and the other one from the actress' chubby days. Talking about Sara's video from her chubby days, she was seen lip-syncing the once-hit song, Dil Ne Jise Apna Kahaa. In the same video, she was also dressed in ethnic attire and making some stunning hand gestures along with the song.

In another video from Saif and Sara's appearance in Koffee With Karan's season six, episode five, the father-daughter duo was seen giving hilarious expressions after watching the actress' old video. While Saif couldn't stop himself from laughing out loud, Sara was seen closing her eyes with her hand, revealing how much embarrassed she felt at that moment. However, Sara was also heard saying:
"Guys, I'm confident."
As soon as the video was posted, a few netizens mentioned that all such videos are telecasted on the show only after getting proper consent from the celebrities. However, a few questioned Karan Johar why he doesn't reveal Alia Bhatt's old days video and bashed him for the same. In addition, one netizen bared their heart out, revealing that Sara Ali Khan felt quite confident even in her old self, and wrote, "Her former self owned it and how!!? She’s oozing with confidence."
