Bollywood actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan turned 42 years on September 21, 2022. And it was Bebo's step-daughter, Sara Ali Khan's wish for her, which drew our attention. For the unversed, Sara Ali Khan and her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan are Saif and his ex-wife, Amrita Singh’s children. After separating from Amrita, Saif tied the knot for the second time with Kareena, and they are blessed with two cute munchkins, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan.
Earlier, on August 12, 2022, when Sara Ali Khan turned a year older, Bebo had penned a beautiful birthday wish for her. Taking to her Instagram stories, Kareena shared an adorable childhood photo of Sara with her dad, Saif Ali Khan and expressed her love for Sara on her special day. Atop it, Kareena had written:
"Happy Birthday darling Sara. Unlimited pizzas and cakes for you today."

Now, on September 21, 2022, taking to her IG story, Sara Ali Khan shared a beautiful picture with her youngest brother, Jehangir Ali Khan, her daddy, Saif Ali Khan, and the birthday girl, Kareena. The picture was too cute for words as little Jehangir was seen looking toward his didi with full awe. It also featured her daddy, Saif hugging her and her step-mom close to his chest, setting pure family goals. Atop it, Sara penned a loving note for Kareena, which spoke volumes about their bond. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sara Ali Khan share a lovely equation and they are very open about this in the media. Earlier, in an interview with Femina, Sara had spilt some beans on her relationship with his father's second wife, Kareena. The Kedarnath actress had shared that she not only have a beautiful friendship with Kareena but also respects her fully. In Sara's words:
"I do think that Kareena is my friend, but more than that, she is my father's wife. I respect her and realise that she makes my father happy. We belong to the same profession, and have a similar world, thus, our conversations include that as well."

A while back, Kareena appeared on Karan Johar's celebrity talk show, Koffee With Karan, along with her Laal Singh Chaddha co-star, Aamir Khan. During the conversation, the actress heaped praises on Saif for giving equal time to all his kids, Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. She also addressed why there is so much attention to her bonding with her step-kids and mentioned that they have a very normal relationship. She had said:
"Saif has had a child every decade. He balances it out beautifully. Sometimes if he wants to have time alone, like a coffee or like an hour or two alone with Sara he'll always tell me. They've been on holidays together. I think it's important for them to bond. A friend just said they have everything, but they have just one father. And it's so important for Saif also to give time to each of his children. I don't know why it's thought also. It's never crossed my mind the way people discuss it. It's not that difficult. I don't even know why this is discussed so much. We are family. If there is love and regard, this is it. This is what it is. These are Saif's children. They are his priority."
