Saif Ali Khan got married to Amrita Singh back in 1991, and a few years later their family was completed with the arrival of two children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. It was after 13 years of Amrita and Saif's marital bliss that the couple parted ways and it became one of the most talked about topics of that time. Later, Saif married Kareena, and they are currently living a blissful life with their two kids, Taimur and Jehangir. Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh talked about their separation quite a few times. We recently stumbled upon a video of Saif Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan from Koffee With Karan, when the host slightly took a dig at the actor's ugly separation from Amrita Singh, and Sara chipped in to give a witty response.

An old video from Koffee With Karan made rounds on social media, wherein Karan told Sara that Saif was lucky for him, as he shot the first episode of his show with the actor on August 16, 2004, on his birthday. Karan slightly took a dig at Saif and Amrita's separation and added that it was the day before the actress threw the actor out of her home on Independence Day. Saif told Karan, 'You are a slick guy'. Meanwhile, Sara wittily reacted to the situation and mentioned:
"Happy Independence Day to them both."
As soon as the video surfaced online, netizens rushed to the comment section and penned down their opinions about the same. While some users slammed Karan Johar and mentioned how he often says the most 'insensitive things', others praised Sara for trying to turn this situation humorous. Others stated that Kangana Ranaut was the right one to clap back at Karan. Some other users also pointed out and remained disappointed with the way Sara had been treated by KJo.

In this old video, Saif mentioned that his greatest love is Kareena, Tamiur, and Sharmila Tagore. The way he skipped taking Sara and Ibrahim's name, irked netizens and they slammed Saif Ali Khan.
