Although the duo decided to remain silent over the cause of their separation, Kelley claimed that despite Scott filing for divorce, she was the one who initiated it a year ago when she wanted to get past the marriage due to psychological abuse, child abuse, and child endangerment.

Kelley Wolf tried to take the kids out of the country

Kelley was held back from meeting her kids after she attempted to take their minor children out of the country. This was the primary reason the court granted Scott a restraining order. After the disturbing incident, Kelley was detained by the Utah authorities, and she later claimed that she was placed under an ‘involuntary 5150’, a critical intervention used to detain individuals who are a danger to themselves.

Kelley Wolf tried to forcefully enter the family home

After the divorce, Kelley was ordered to stay away from her kids. After two weeks of the court’s restraining order, Kelley documented her attempt to break into their home. Kelley filmed the entire process, claiming that she was tired of sleeping in the car and had no money left. She also showed the urgent need to retrieve her belongings.

After attempting to get into the house, Kelley Wolf tried to barge in through her son’s bedroom window, which was also locked. Soon after Kelley’s live video, people started responding to it. But what caught everyone’s attention was Kelley and Scott’s 16-year-old son, Jackson, who responded to her video and wrote in the comment section:

“This is insane mom what are you doing.”

Ever since Scott and Kelley announced their split, the divorce battle has only turned uglier. Recently, Kelley took to her Instagram handle and shared some screenshots from her text exchange with Scott. In the chat, Kelley insisted that Scott let her meet their children. She also threatened to call the police if he disagreed with her demand. However, Scott's reply revealed a different narration as the actor pleaded with her not to scare their children.

Kelley Wolf gets arrested for electronic communication harassment

On August 26, 2025, Kelley Wolf was arrested for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. Scott went to Kelley’s Instagram and saw a post that he believed referenced him as “dimples” with his personal number in the post. Scott called the police over alleged harassment, and Kelley was arrested for leaking his personal phone number on Instagram.

As a result of the leaked phone number, Scott received more than 20 calls with countless texts within 10 minutes. Police reported it as a clear case of harassment and also confirmed that Kelley refused to answer their questions when approached. Police also shared that Kelley's family expressed concern about her mental health.
