Will The 'Selling Sunset' Return With Season 10? Here's Everything We Know About A Possible Sequel

Everything, from the drama and designer heels to homes and irresistible conflicts, Selling Sunset has been treating fans like no other show ever has. Netflix dropped Season 9 episodes on October 29, 2025. Needless to say, fans have binge-watched every glittering moment and unexpected moment on the show, leaving them with the most-asked question: Is there going to be a Season 10? 

Will Selling Sunset return with a Season 10? 

For now, Netflix has not officially announced the renewal of Selling Sunset for a tenth season. It means fans will have to wait a bit longer before they can step inside the luxury mansions of Los Angeles again. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the last confirmed update about the show came in November 2023, when Jason Oppenheim, co-founder of The Oppenheim Group, revealed that Season 8 had been confirmed. Filming for Season 9 was expected to begin towards the end of 2024. Sharing how he did not think the show would last so long, Jason said:

"When we were doing season one, we were like, 'If we can get to season three, we'll have a real show. Anything above that would be icing. We've been running on icing for years now." 

His words showcased their hard work and the journey behind the incredible success of the series, transforming it from a niche real estate show into a full-blown pop culture phenomenon. Still, as we watch Season 9 with some new faces and old hostilities, the audience is waiting to see if there will be another round of glamour and chaos or if the glossy real estate show will bid farewell to fans.

What has the Sunset Selling cast said about Season 10?

Despite Netflix's silence, the cast members of Selling Sunset have dropped some hints about the show's future. In October 2025, Nicole Young sat down for an interview with TooFab and hinted that the show might be closer to its end. She said," We might be past the point of no return." She explained that the show had kind of run its course, and it is important to have fun and light moments. Yet, all the dark moments and conflicts make her feel it should wrap up. Nicole is moving to Tennessee and has hinted that she may no longer be part of the LA real estate scene. However, Mary Bonnet had a more hopeful approach, and she said:

"I think the season is very, very good, and we're going to have good ratings. I believe there will be a Season 10. There just might be some changes… It's my assumption, I don't know for sure."

What could be the cast of Sunset Selling Season 10? 

If Selling Sunset comes back, fans can expect familiar faces from the Oppenheim Group's glamorous employees on the show, such as Mary Bonnet, Chrishell Stause, Amanza Smith, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, Bre Tiesi, and Alanna Gold. Season 9 also brought a new face to Sandra Vergara, who added a fresh spark to the show. At the same time, we can expect Oppenheim twins, Jason and Brett, to be back to keep deals (and tempers) in check. However, Nicole's return remains uncertain after she was fired for her inappropriate comments on Chrishell Stause's late parents. Talking about the same to Tudum, she said:

"That storyline was frustrating for me… I was never fired from the office or The Oppenheim Group."

Although there is no new update on Selling Sunset's return with Season 10, until then, you can watch the remaining episodes of Season 9 on Netflix.
