Each of these agents has won over audience hearts with their unique personalities. While showcasing how they sell properties to celebrities in Los Angeles and San Diego, they have become well-known reality stars themselves. 

As a result, people have also become curious about their personal lives. One of the show's relators, Emma Hernan, introduced her new boyfriend, Balke Davis, in the show. Here's what we know about Emma's new boyfriend. 

Emma Hernan introduced Blake Davis in Selling Sunset season 9

Selling Sunset season 9 is back, and the new episodes have already made a splash. Emma Hernan was seen introducing the new man in her life, Blake Davis, to her friends and fellow realtors, Chrishell Stause and Chelsea Lazkani. However, Chrishell appeared less than thrilled for her best friend amid this new development. Emma, who is 33, is dating the 28-year-old, Blake. 

Who is Emma Hernan's boyfriend, Blake Davis? 

Like Emma, Blake is also part of the real estate industry. Her boyfriend is a real estate agent from Atlanta who works at his family-owned business, Davis Development. Their website describes them as a multi-family housing developer that works across the Southeast, Midwest, and Southwest regions. Interestingly, the fact that Blake is quite family-oriented is what Emma likes a lot about him, since he is also close with her family. In the show, she was heard as saying:

"Seeing him with my family, I'm telling you, is what makes me really like him. He's very family-oriented."

Blake Davis proposed to Emma Hernan, but she ended things with him on Selling Sunset 

Emma Hernan and Blake broke up during the filming of the ninth season, which ran from January to February 2025. Emma revealed to Chrishell, who had been apprehensive about Blake from the very start, that he had proposed to her. Referring to Blake as Chrishell's 'least favourite person in the world', Emma said that he had popped the big question. However, much to Chrishell's relief, Emma stated that not only did she reject his marriage proposal, but she also broke up with Blake. Emma shared:

"Well, I don't have a ring on my finger. And I ended things with him."

Are Emma Hernen and Blake Davis still together?

Emma had ended things with Blake at the start of the year, as shown in Selling Sunset. However, it appears that they have found their way back to each other. Fairly recently, on October 24, 2025, Blake posted photos of himself and Emma from their vacation. She also replied 'Love You babe' in the comments section. So, it seems that Emma and Blake have reconciled. It is also noteworthy that Blake has a sizeable following on Instagram with around 5.9k followers, and he posts a lot of snaps of himself loved up with Emma.
