Shah Rukh Khan And Gauri Khan Get New 'Mannat' Nameplate, Which Costs Whopping Rs. 25 Lakhs

Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan, known as the 'King Khan', is busy with his work commitments as he had resumed acting after a gap of three years. He is famous for his lavish lifestyle, larger than life thinking and down to earth nature. Shah Rukh is a perfect example of how a person shall stay grounded while having all the luxuries of life.

However, it is Shah Rukh Khan's dream home, Mannat, and its story that inspire millions of people across the world. The multi-storeyed building is beautifully designed by Shah Rukh's wife Gauri. The actor had worked super hard to buy this dreamland for his family. For the unversed, Shah Rukh's home reportedly now costs around Rs. 200 crores.

Recently, Shah Rukh and Gauri changed their house's nameplate. The new name nameplate, which reads 'Mannat Land's End' is designed under the supervision of the design maestro, Gauri Khan. However, it is the price of the new nameplate that has been making headlines. According to a report in BollywoodLife.com, the price of the nameplate is estimated at around Rs. 20-25 Lakhs. 

Shah Rukh Khan's home, Mannat

For those who don't know, Shah Rukh had first seen his home, Mannat, in 1997 and it was called Villa Vienna. The actor was filming for the movie, Yes Boss, and had fallen in love with the beauty of the property, which had belonged to Gujarati businessman, Nariman Dubas. In the year 2001, the actor had bought the lavish property and named it 'Mannat'.

The six-storeyed building has two beautiful living rooms, which are connected by elevators. And it is decorated with paintings of M.F Hussain, antiques and other valuables. The house also has an entire floor for kids' playroom, a library, a prayer room, a private bar and a 24x7 working kitchen. They also have a mini home theater for the film-loving family.
