Reportedly, Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan asked his friends from the film fraternity to detain themselves from visiting his bungalow, Mannat after the arrest of his son, Aryan Khan.

Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan and his family had to face one of the major blows in their lives after the arrest of his elder son, Aryan Khan on October 2, 2021. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had raided a party on the Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship off the coast of Mumbai. According to reports, NCB had taken ten people and six organisers under their custody, who had planned the party on the cruise and King Khan's son, Aryan Khan was one of them.

Since the news of Aryan Khan's arrest broke out, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan's life is under the constant attention of the media. After the incident, from Pooja Bhatt, Suniel Shetty to Sussanne Khan, many people have extended their support for Aryan on social media. Not just that, Shah Rukh's best friend, Salman Khan and other celebrities could be seen visiting his bungalow, Mannat to stand by him during his tough time.

After Aryan Khan's arrest, Shah Rukh has received a number of calls and messages from his friends in the entertainment industry. In fact, his best friend, Karan Johar, who calls Aryan as his godchild landed back in Mumbai from abroad. However, a report of India Today suggests that the badshah of Bollywood and his team have requested his friends and colleagues to refrain from visiting Mannat due to security reasons.

After the arrest of his son, Aryan Khan, SRK and his family were bashed brutally on social media. Netizens had started a meme fest on Twitter. They did not even refrain from calling his whole family a 'druggie'. From posting a meme of SRK's throwback interview, where he had jokingly given Aryan permission to do drugs to raising questions on his upbringing and comparing him with Akshay Kumar and his son, Aarav, trollers did not leave any stone unturned to troll the actor mercilessly.

On October 3, 2021, a report by The Times Of India had confirmed Aryan Khan and other people's arrest by NCB. Since then, a video of the star kid has been doing the rounds on the internet. In the clip, Aryan could be seen seated at the Narcotics Control Bureau office and we could see him dressed up in a red-coloured jacket with a white t-shirt underneath and blue jeans. Aryan's face was covered with a black mask and he had held a bag in his hand.

A report by The Times Of India had stated that Aryan Khan was booked for the consumption of Charas. He was arrested with seven other people and one of them was Arbaaz Merchant, who is the son of a timber businessman. On the other hand, Munmun Dhamecha, who happens to be very close to Aryan is the daughter of a businessman from Madhya Pradesh. In a written statement, Aryan Khan had acknowledged his arrest, stating, "I understand grounds of my arrest and informed the same to my family members."

For the unversed, various reports suggest that the charges brought against Aryan Khan include purchase, possession and use of contraband substances.
