The baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan had gotten married to his ladylove, Gauri on October 25, 1991. On November 13, 1997, the couple had become proud parents to a baby boy, whom they have lovingly named Aryan Khan. Aryan was the one, who had instilled the feeling of parenthood in Shah Rukh and Gauri and thus, he holds a special place in his parents' heart. From gestures to looks, Aryan is the exact replica of his father, Shah Rukh Khan.

In a conversation with Femina in 2017, Shah Rukh Khan had shared that he doesn’t allow his son, Aryan to be shirtless at home. He had said, "I believe that a man in his house doesn’t have the right to go shirtless in front of his mother, sister or women friends. I tell Aryan to put on a T-shirt all the time." Sharing that this is to teach his son gender equality, Shah Rukh added, “If you’d feel uncomfortable seeing your mother, daughter, sister, women friends without their clothes on, why would you expect them to accept you shirtless? It’s got nothing to do with having breasts or not—don’t do something a girl can’t do."

Shah Rukh Khan had hosted an #AskSRK session on his Twitter handle on March 31, 2021. Many of his fans had asked him various questions about his professional and personal life and out of them, one had asked, “Ladaki patane ke liye ek do tips do.” As SRK believes in giving respect to one and all, he had generously taught his fan a lesson and had replied, “Start with not using the word ‘Patana’ for a girl. Try with more respect gentleness and respect.”

In a throwback interview with, Shah Rukh had spilt the beans on why he had chosen the name Aryan for his son and his reason will make you ROFL. Talking about the same, Shah Rukh had stated, “We just named him Aryan. I don't know. I just liked the sound of the name. I thought when he tells a girl ki my name is Aryan. Aryan Khan, she'll be really impressed. His looks have come from both of us. Actually, Gauri and I have similar features -- both of us have big eyes and thick lips. I don't know... He's got expressions like mine, I think... But he's a mixture. And no, I haven't changed any diapers!”

In a throwback conversation with Simi Garewal for her show, Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, Shah Rukh had revealed how he had felt after the birth of Aryan. Shah Rukh Khan had recalled, “I don’t know. I was like take him away, I want to see if Gauri is okay because I was not close to him at that point of time. I have known her longer, so I guess.”
