Shaheen Shah Afridi Reveals His Son, Alyaar's Face Amid PSL, Fans Say, 'Bilkul Nana Pe Gaya Hai'

Shaheen Shah Afridi is one of the most celebrated cricket players in Pakistan. The fan-favourite pacer has gained worldwide fame and at 25, he already has numerous accolades to his name. Cricket fans across Pakistan admire you and consider him part of their family. They were delighted when Shaheen welcomed a baby boy in 2024 and patiently waited to know more updates about the little one from the pacer's social media. However, everyone was recently delighted when Shaheen brought his son in the stadium amid camera after his team, Lahore Qalandars's, victory in PSL.

Shaheen Shah Afridi reveals his son Alyaar's face to the world 

Shaheen Shah Afridi is busy with the Pakistan Super League (PSL), and recently, his team, Lahore Qalandars, clinched a significant victory over Karachi Kings during the sixth match of the tournament in Karachi. The 25-year-old, who had previously guided his team to victory as the captain, was visibly delighted with the 65-run victory. The moment was more special because Shaheen's family cheered for him, including his wife, Ansha Afridi, and a few months old son, Alyaar. Consequently, after the match, the pacer left fans stunned by taking his son in his arms amid a camera which gave fans a clear look at his face.

The little one who was carefully in the embrace of his father was seen wearing a white t-shirt with shorts and white socks. The moment was special since Shaheen used to conceal his son's face in his previous photos. They were accompanied by Ansha, who joined her husband and son in wearing deep-red salwar-kameez. Her two little sisters accompanied her, and one of the heartwarming sights was when Karachi Kings' pacer, Hasan Ali came forward to play with Alyaar. Fans shared their happiness over it and compared his looks with those of his nana, Shahid Afridi. One netizen penned, “Bikul nana pe gaya hai.” Another user wrote, "Such a cute baby."

Shaheen Shah Afridi announced the birth of his son, Alyaar, with a special post on social media

Shaheen and Ansha welcomed a son on August 24, 2024. During that time, Shaheen was a part of Pakistan's test team against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi. Although the team lost the test match, the news about his son's birth lifted his spirits and he travelled to Karachi to be with his wife and son after the match. Sharing his joy at the occasion, he took to his X handle and shared the first glimpse of the little one. He penned:

"This moment changes everything! My heart is full and my life just got a whole lot better. 24/08/2024 will always be special to us. Welcome to the world, my son, Aliyaar Afridi. I will forever be thankful to my wife for all the pain and sufferings she had to endure. She is literally the support system of our little family. I am grateful for all the lovely wishes and prayers coming our way. Remember my little family in your prayers."

Shaheen shares a warm bond with the Ansha'a family, and the couple welcomed their first child, son, Alyaar, in August 2024.
