Plotline of the Vijay Antony starrer, Shakthi Thirumagan

Shakthi Thirumagan, a Tamil political action thriller, is set in the world of power and corruption in Tamil Nadu. The story revolves around 'Kittu', a clever secret agent who helps politicians, businessmen, and bureaucrats make deals. Although he earns money illegally, 'Kittu' secretly donates the majority of his earnings to help the poor. 'Kittu' works for an influential political figure, 'Abhyankkar' (played by Sunil Kirpalani), without knowing that they share a dark connection from his past as an orphan.

But when a massive land scam turns violent, leading to a murder following a betrayal, 'Kittu' gets entangled in a dangerous web of lies. As the full-fledged investigation began, hidden truths about 'Abhyankkar's' empire and 'Kittu's' childhood days came to the forefront. Realising he has been used, 'Kittu' decides to fight back and expose the secrets of the dark world. Even if it meant surrendering himself, 'Kittu' chose the correct path to seek justice. With performances featuring unpredictable twists and turns, Shakthi Thirumagan explores how power, greed, and guilt shape human choices, and how the journey of redemption can shake the political system.
