Bollywood actress, Shamita Shetty and Telly world's Raqesh Bapat had instantly formed a beautiful relationship when they had met inside Bigg Boss OTT house. Within a short span, the duo had fallen head over heels for each other, and soon their dating rumours had stormed all over the internet. Their massive fanbase has even tagged them as 'ShaRa'. Soon enough, they had made their relationship official through their mushy Instagram posts.
There were a few reports that had suggested that the couple is no longer together after having some serious issues in their personal lives. As there was no confirmation about it, their fandoms were hoping that they would get back together. However, on April 14, 2022, Raqesh had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a beautiful picture with Shamita, dismissing all the breakup rumours. Sharing it, he had captioned it as, 'Bloom'.

Well, it seems the lovely couple's romantic universe has hit a rough patch, and everything in their world is not going great. Even though neither of them has talked about it, according to media reports, Shamita and Raqesh have parted ways. A close source to the couple has informed the media that they have broken up mutually and said:
"Shamita Shetty and Raqesh Bapat have amicably parted ways. Both of them have immense respect for each other and will continue to be friends. The duo recently shot for a music video which will soon release and the fans will be able to witness their chemistry on the screen once again."
Reports suggested that the rift between Raqesh and Shamita had ignited when in an interview, Raqesh had called her 'dear friend'. In the same interview, he had talked about his relationship with Shamita and had shared how it works for them. He had said:
"I'll tell you this, it's all about the energy two people carry with each other. That has to be worked on for anything to happen. We are in a happy zone; she is a dear friend. Friendship has to be so strong that nothing else can affect it. She is a pure soul. I value people who are honest. We have a lot of common interests. It's interesting to have like-minded people (Around you)."

For the unversed, Raqesh Bapat was previously married to Ridhi Dogra, but they had divorced after being together for a few years. However, on May 12, 2022, when Raqesh had shared two pictures from his new abode in Mumbai city on his IG handle, it was his ex-wife, Ridhi's comment that had grabbed many eyeballs.
On the work front, Shamita and Raqesh will be seen in a music video soon, which will be a parting gift to their fans.
