Shehnaaz Gill and late Sidharth Shukla's chemistry in the Bigg Boss 13 house will forever be remembered by 'SidNaaz' fans. Both had a strong bond in the show, until the actor passed away at the mere age of 40 on September 2, 2021, due to a heart attack. Shehnaaz was the worst affected by the same, and recently she revealed how Sidharth turned her into a mature person, something she wasn't when in the Bigg Boss house. For the unversed, Shehnaaz was known for her bubbly and chirpy nature in the Bigg Boss house.

Shehnaaz Gill gained overnight fame after participating in Bigg Boss 13. She was back then chubby, full of life, and her friendship with Sidharth Shukla was widely discussed. The actress, recently in an interaction with Ranveer Allahbadia, spoke about how Sidharth made her mature. In her words:

"Nai woh maturity deke gaya hai woh bandha. Jab woh sab huha uske baad mei mature hui. Nahi mei wahi rehti Bigg Boss mei, kuch parvah nai. Bigg Boss ke reels aati hai. Mei sochti hu kya hu. Mei aisi thi kya."

Shehnaaz Gill has been proud of the fact that she was not the girl who was seen in Bigg Boss 13. Earlier, she was carefree and noted how she used to not think or speak. Shehnaaz shared how she had thought of returning to Chandigarh, but it was Sidharth who had stopped her. In her words:

"Ab mein sochne lag gayi hoon ki yeh wali ladki kitni khush thi, bas jo tha, ussi time react kar deti thi. Woh alag insaan thi, bohot alag insaan thi. Zindagi apne aap badal gayi, aur mere bhai ne bhi mujhe badal diya. Mein toh Chandigarh jaane wali thi wapas, lekin usne kaha 'Nahi jaana hai' aur saara management Bombay mein kar diya. Mujhe kuch pata nahi tha. Meine apne aap par kaam kiya, groom kiya, aur looks pe kaam kiya."

Workwise, Shehnaaz Gill was last seen in the Punjabi movie named Ikk Kudi, where she had a dual role next to Nirmal Rishi and Udaybir Sandhu. Her heart still carries the void of her lost love and friend- Sidharth Shukla.
