Sherlyn Chopra Admitted To Hospital For Breast Implants Removal Surgery Says, 'Excess Baggage Pain'

Sherlyn Chopra, back in 2002, had made her debut in the acting world with the Telugu movie, Vendi Mabbu. The actress and social media personality has never shied of expressing of going under the knife to get plastic surgery. Sherlyn had undergone breast implant surgery because she was bored with a flat chest. However, now after years, she revealed of removing the implants, undergoing a surgery because she is getting chronic back, shoulder and neck pain.

For the unversed, Sherlyn's earlier name was Mona, and she had undergone the knife to transform herself. However, the actress has been facing chronic pain in her back, chest, and shoulder, and revealed how her doctors have suggested getting the implant removed. Sherlyn revealed that the cause of her pain was the heavy implants she had on her chest. She revealed that she was undergoing surgery so that she could bounce back stronger and shared that she mustered the courage to make the decision. Sherlyn shared:

"Hey guys since the last couple of months I have been enduring chronic back pain, chest pain, shoulder pain and also chronic pressure in my chest area. After a series of medical investigations and back and forth consultations with medical experts, I have realised the cause of my chronic back pain has been my heavy breast implants. And so in my best interests and to bring back agility, stamina, vitality into my life, I have decided to remove my breast implants once and for all."

Sherlyn Chopra, in her caption, dedicated to her breast implant removal and revealed being a little nervous and also excited. Sherlyn, in her caption, also shared how in 2023 she had gotten all the fillers removed from her face so that she could look her real self. She was bold enough to say that she wanted her breast implants to be removed so as not to have excess baggage. In her words:

"And today, I’m undergoing a breast implant removal surgery so as to live life with no excess baggage. Please understand that this post is not about criticising fillers and/or silicon implants and/or the lovers of the same. This post reflects purely my choice to embrace myself just the way I am."

Sherlyn had tweeted many years ago about how cosmetic surgery could change anyone's life. She shared how she first opted for contact lenses, and then she did not like being flat-chested, and for the same reason, the actress decided to get herself implants. Sherlyn said:

"Then I got bored of being flat-chested, so, I got myself implants. One thing led to another and an incredible transformation happened! If a surgery can help one embrace one’s body and say, ‘I love you’, then it is worth it.”
