Famous London-based businessman, Raj Kundra and his actress-wife, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, have been leading all the headlines for the past few months because of the former's alleged involvement in creating porn movies and publishing them through a mobile application. It was on the night of July 19, 2021, when the Mumbai police had arrested Raj along with 11 other people. Raj was said to be the key conspirator in the case.
However, it was on September 21, 2021, when Raj Kundra was granted bail by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate SB Bhajipale on a surety amount of Rs. 50,000. But it seems like the businessman is once again in trouble after Sherlyn Chopra has filed a complaint of sexual abuse against him in the Juhu police station. The news agency, ANI, reported in their tweet, "On Oct 14, actor Sherlyn Chopra filed a complaint against Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty Kundra for allegedly committing fraud against her & mental harassment. 'I've filed a complaint to register FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual harassment, cheating & criminal intimidation,' she said."

In a conference with her legal team, Sherlyn Chopra made some shocking accusations against Raj Kundra and his wife, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, after the couple's legal team had warned the actress to mince her words before her public conference with the media. Despite the warning, Sherlyn has shared some sickening revelations about Raj Kundra, as she informed the media that she had lodged a complaint against them. During her interaction with the media, Sherlyn said, "Unhone (Raj Kundra) mujko underworld ki dhumki di. Aapko acchi tarah yaad hona chahiye, aapne mere saath yaun shoshan kiya.”
Going further in the conference, Sherlyn Chopra also recalled how Raj Kundra has threatened her with the underworld. The actress also added that he also told her that if she would not withdraw her sexual harassment complaint against him, then she would have to bid farewell to her acting career in Bollywood. The actress said, "Ladkio se jism ki numaish karwake aap unki payment clear kyun nhi karte? Aap unko chuna kyu lagate hai. Artist ke ghar pe jaa kar, usse under world ki dhumko dete hai. Bolte hai yaun shoshan ka case wapas le warna teri zindagi barbaad hojayegi.”

At the end of the media conference, Sherlyn Chopra also revealed that it was on the night of March 27, 2019, when Raj Kundra had entered her house without her permission. The actress had also added that Raj had sexually assaulted her that night and had also put her under pressure to work with him in a photoshoot that happened on March 29.
Earlier, when Sherlyn had announced that she was arranging a press conference to make a big announcement, the legal team of Shilpa Shetty Kundra and her husband, Raj Kundra, was quick to warn the actress of her action. The statement had said, "The due process of law must be followed for the alleged statement that Miss Chopra wants to make. Calling for a press conference to do this reflects a strong intention to commit an offence of defamation. Anything spoken by Miss Chopra in the public domain shall be held against her in the court of Law."
