Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Naira, Shivangi Joshi, in real life also, is somewhat similar to her character Naira as she brings out her A-game, when it comes to her family members. In the show, we have seen her ample of times celebrating birthdays of every character, but this time, she has tried to make her real sister, Sheetal’s birthday, extra special.
What could be a better way to celebrate someone’s birthday than to look back at the memories you had spend together? Shivangi Joshi too went down the memory lane to wish her sister, Sheetal Joshi on her birthday. Taking to her Instagram handle, Shivangi shared a series of pictures with her sister, Sheetal. The first picture in the series is the collage of Shivangi and Sheetal’s present picture on the left and their childhood picture on the right. We were completely bowled by the cuteness of the picture. Other than this, Shivangi shared some fun, goofy pictures with her sister. In 2017, Shivangi had wished her sister with a collage of pictures on her IG handle. In the collage, the centre space was taken by her cute sister, Sheetal, whereas, around that were the pictures of Shivangi and Sheetal, reflecting their sister’s bond. Wishing the happiness for her sister, Shivangi had captioned the collage as “Happy birthday..! You mean so much to me, cutie, I wish you all the happiness in the world! I love you. Once again happy birthday.. You are the best.”
Sheetal Joshi too loves her sister a lot, which is evident from her social media handle. Out of all their cute posts, Sheetal had posted the cutest video on September 7, 2018, with her sister, Shivangi. The video was a compilation of Shivangi and Sheetal’s funny Snapchat pictures. Shivangi often shares pictures with her siblings, sister, Sheetal and brother, Samarth. Her siblings are the regular visitor on the sets of her show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Shivangi had taken to her Instagram handle on January 12, 2020, before lockdown and had shared a picture from one of her siblings' visit on her sets. In the pictures, we could see Shivangi dressed as a bride in her laal joda, while her siblings had some fun in her vanity. Sharing the pictures, she had tagged her siblings with a red heart emoticon. During the lockdown, Shivangi went back to her hometown, Dehradun and had spent quality time with her family, which she hardly gets because of her hectic schedule. However, the actress is back on sets now as the shoots have resumed. Some time back, in a conversation with ETimes, Shivangi had shared how she had spent her time with her family. Shivangi Joshi had said, "I am in my hometown with my family and I am spending time with my family. I am playing and spending a lot of time with my nephew Vansh. My entire day goes into playing with him and I really enjoy being with him. I love kids and I am very fortunate that we have a baby in our life with whom I can play the entire day.
